COMMUNITY FOOTPATH MODEL 

Model commissioned by Crieff Community Development Trust depicting location of new footpath in the Turretbank area of Crieff, Strathearn. The model was commissioned as part of a community engagement process to communicate the route of a new link path connecting two existing paths over complex terrain involving a railway cutting and railway embankment. 

The new footpath will allow access for wheeled pushchairs and mobility scooters. The yellow colour was used to highlight the path against the existing terrain. Proximity and access to a local housing estate was another major issue which the model was able to highlight. the model has been used at various community consultation meetings and is currently publicly displayed in an old refurbished shop front on the site of the Drummond Arms Hotel on Crieff High St.
